Kalau di komputer desktop sih gampang saja, tinggal buka Task Manager jika di Windows atau buka System Monitor jika di Ubuntu. Nah, lalu bagaimana kalau ceritanya di server yang notabene hanya berpenampilan teks? Monitorix lah jawabannya. Monitorix adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dibangun dengan bahasa perl dengan fungsi untuk merekam statistik komputer server kita. Berikut adalah fitur-fitur yang dapat dilakukan oleh Monitorix :

2. Download monitorixnya kemudian install :
wget http://www.monitorix.org/monitorix_2.5.0-izzy1_all.deb
dpkg -i monitorix_2.5.0-izzy1_all.deb
3. Untuk menjalankannya tinggal ketik perintah berikut :
/etc/init.d/monitorix start
4. Sekarang arahkan browser kalian ke http://ipserver/monitorix
